You are always in energy; energy in you; energy around you. Just like a fish in an ocean. And the ocean has its limits, water in it is limited; and the energy in you and around you is unlimited.
And just beyond anyone's imagination, a tremendous amount of energy is being created in you naturally. Tons of tons of energy is passing through you every moment. And remember that the energy consumed in your single integrated thought can create lives and lives.
Your energy is creative. Your energy is for creation. Do participate in the work of creation. Do utilize your energy wisely. Your energy holds so much of great creative visions. It softly demands your coordination and cooperation.
My child, why don’t you play anymore like in your childhood? There is nothing wrong to play as an adult too. In playing, when you totally immerse in it, you are in the Being. Then you are completely in the presence. Without past. Without future. In these moments you leave illusion and time. Do you remember that as a child you were quite sunk in playing and have forgotten all around yourself? It have been gorgeous moments, isn’t it true? Then you have been completely in the NOW. Playing helps you leaving the illusion.
