Awareness is the key to releasing and removing old energies
Awareness is always becoming aware of itself 
Be like a mirror
Not a camera
Mirror never takes inside
It just reflects back
Just returns,
Without adding or deleting
No absorption
Never takes photo of any thing
It just says as you are
In your words
In your language
No taking inside
Camera takes inside
When you are mind,
You are a camera
You create images

When you stop taking things in,
You start reflecting.....
And when you reflect,
You are living in the heart
And now you are real.
