When you are enjoying your aloneness; when you are celebrating your silence; when you are floating in your stillness - you are in meditation.



Meditate.
Be more meditative.
Create more space in you.
Create more depth in your feelings.
Create more heights in your energy. 
Create more alertness in your thinking.
Create more awareness in your actions.
Create more creation in your creativity.
Create more life in your life
Create more light in your Being.
Be more meditative.
Meditate.
And you regain your freedom when you are kind to yourself; when you have enough appreciation for yourself; when you love yourself. Be there and feel your absolute freedom.
