Osiris’s name translates as “Seat/Throne of The Eye.” This is the Eye of Perception, of awareness, of consciousness. The hieroglyph of the eye in Osiris’ name is also the determinative for “to do, to make, to take action.” Consciousness acts out of the seat of the Soul/Self. Perception is required for the Soul/Self to function in reality. Osiris is the actual substance and being of the soul, the ground of existence. Soul/Self is the central point at which existence exists, the “captain's seat” from which perception is projected and to which it is aimed.

Within the nature of Osiris lies the mystery of being itself. To become Osiris is to be distilled to pure soul, ruler of the inner reality, the Hidden Land. You are linked to the immortal continuity of humankind.

Osiris is that part of you which survives death and decay, that part of you which is anchored in eternity. "Now I am Osiris." Egyptian mythology identifies your psyche with your eternal soul within. The mystery of the nature of being is the core mystery in their texts. At the core of the mystery is Osiris. Osiris is the ground of existence in which you are centered. Osiris is the totality of the plane of eternity from which the newborn emerges and to which the dead return. One of Osiris’ many names is Wennofer, “Beautiful Being,” or “Joy of Existence.” Osiris is the uniqueness of each human soul and he is universal because each unique soul is part of the same eternal substance.

• Did you know that at the smallest part of existence all matter is made of atoms. And mother earth has been recycling these atoms for billions of years. Hence, Carbon move from trees to ocean; to the cells in our bodies. Even the atoms of dead people get reused. And this recycling does not happen just at the atomic level, it also happens with the human body.
  
  You are constantly rebuilding yourself at the cellular level as well. Your body produces an average of 1 billion new cells every hour. No matter how old you are. In essence we are like 9 or 10 years old in theory because our body is always creating and recycling our bodies via atoms. Therefore we are building one billion cells every hour no matter how old we are. Some even say, that we can 'program' the cell activity on a cellular level to obtain a more youthful image. Hmmm, now that's getting more into immortal swagger.

Tantra Yoga:

According to the philosophy of Tantra, the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. In manifesting the universe, this pure consciousness seems to become divided into two poles or aspects, neither of which can exist without the other.

Each requires the other in order to manifest its total nature.

These poles are talked about in all the major spiritual traditions in the world.

One aspect, Shiva (or in Taoism Yang) , is masculine, retains a static quality and remains identified with unmanifested consciousness.

Shiva has the power to be but not the power to become or change.

The other aspect, Shakti (or in Taoism Yin), is feminine, dynamic, energetic and creative.

Shakti is the Great Mother of the universe, for it is from her that all form is born.

According to Tantra, the human being is a miniature universe.

All that is found in the cosmos can be found within each individual,

and the same principles that apply to the universe apply in the case of the individual being.

In human beings, Shakti, the feminine aspect is called Kundalini.

This potential energy is said to rest at the base of the spinal cord.

The object of the Tantric practice of Kundalini-yoga is to awaken this cosmic energy and make it ascend through the psychic centers (chakras) that lie along the axis of the spine as consciousness potentials.

The goal of Tantra being to unite our feminine (sexual) energy with the masculine (intellectual) energy in our brains.

This union is the aim of Kundalini-yoga: a resolution of duality into unity again, a fusion with the Absolute.

By this union the adept attains liberation while living which is considered in Indian life to be the highest experience:

a union of the individual with the universe.

  My child, why don’t you play anymore like in your childhood? There is nothing wrong to play as an adult too. In playing, when you totally immerse in it, you are in the Being. Then you are completely in the presence. Without past. Without future. In these moments you leave illusion and time. Do you remember that as a child you were quite sunk in playing and have forgotten all around yourself? It have been gorgeous moments, isn’t it true? Then you have been completely in the NOW. Playing helps you leaving the illusion.
