Swami YogSri

Either start with freedom and you will become aware, or start with awareness and you will become free.

And suddenly you come to know about the deepest silence of your being. You feel an eternal easiness in you and no more heaviness is there. You energy starts flowing with peace. And you are growing inch by inch''''''''''''''''



And you know that body and mind are so intimately connected, it is possible to bring a certain peace to the mind by arranging the body in a posture that corresponds to this peace. And yoga has been of great use in achieving that peace. And the yoga simply says just adopt a particular body posture for a certain duration and the mind-body connection reestablishes itself.

a) It is an excellent Mudra to break the phlegm and relieve a person of frequent coughs and colds.
b) It also works great when the temperature suddenly falls down and one shivers of cold. Practicing this Mudra will generate heat in the body and will provide the necessary warmth.
c) It also relieves the bronchial spasms and calms down the breath.
d) It is also fruitful if practiced by person suffering from bronchitis, lung cancer or asthma.
e) It also helps in case of low blood pressure and mild paralytic attack, sinusitis etc.
