No self or true self?
A frequent misunderstanding
between Buddhism and yoga.
They sound opposite
but are actually the same thing:
transcending a separate sense of self.
Whether you shrink to nothing
or expand to incorporate everything,
it amounts to the same thing:
there’s no longer the sense of separation
between inner and outer,
between me and the world.
